The CLC will consist of two, five-team divisions, featuring the West (Central Michigan, Davenport, Michigan State, Pittsburgh, Western Michigan) and East (Boston College, Buffalo, Connecticut, New Hamsphire, Northeastern). Division 3 is worth it if you really enjoy playing the game.

The top 10-15 MCLA D1 teams are probably comparable to high level D2/D3 and lowest of the low D1 teams.

We hosted recruits like this frequently.I would say your Junior year of high school is a good time to start contacting coaches.Since the MCLA doesn’t have much pull with the university you’ll need to be accepted to the college on your own merit. MSU won the MCLA, and I'd personally think they'd match up favorably to Michigan, but unless they commit to going back to NCAA they're never going to get a chance to prove that.
