This can be from grenades, Torgue weapons, etc. Iron Bear can be configured at will to whatever the situation demands, it is not particularly featured in this build.

Splash damage is a function of gun damage (as a percentage) so anything that increases gun damage will boost splash accordingly (making gun damage boosts about twice as efficient on guns that have splash.) Meet Holy Moly Moze .
