I’m not a big person, but if you are I’m not sure how you would manage the toilet because the door provides minimal room. Shift manager in restaurant was apathetic to guests and rarely seen - no supervision. Best nearby. She moved to the other terminal and eventually was successful without the wonderful attitude others stated.

After we checked in, the front desk clerk assigned our room to another guest AFTER we were already occupying our room. The Reed Center is a well-maintained, spacious and versatile space for conferences and other major events, with an attached Sheraton hotel for the out-of-towners. The restaurant offered a good variety of food and had a nice alcohol selection.Terrible experience. The other guest had a key and opened the door to our room...thankfully we had it deadbolted. It is dirty, run down, under-staffed and needs a complete overhaul. Sheraton Hotel at the Reed Conference Center. The rooms are dated and the beds old. I was attending a Conference in the adjacent Reed Conference Center that was the only reason I stayed here. The staff all took great care of us. The hotel made us feel very welcome and was extremely clean. Designed for the modern traveler, Sheraton Midwest City Hotel at the Reed Conference Center is a relaxing haven near the area's most compelling attractions. Things such as mobile key will be coming to our property when we complete our brand conversion to Delta by Marriott, slated to begin in the middle of 2020. I am glad we had a chance to communicate via email. The hotel restaurant was terribly under-staffed despite a capacity hotel occupancy due to conference.
