I began my journey as a tutor and progressed to AD last year. Every week would be the dreaded conference call, whereby everyone would get a shout out aside from your own team. Thank you also for your contribution and the difference you will have made for so many families. It’s quite sad to hear how unhappy so many people are within this role on trainings/social events - yet nothing is being done about it? The hours that you work are long and jam packed so can be tiring. Thanks for everything you have contributed during your time at Explore, and all the best for your continued career with us.I have worked for Explore Learning for 8 years, since the age of 17. On the website, you are told “there are 4 key areas that you’ll be sinking your teeth into”. I can honestly say I LOVE my job, and couldn’t recommended it anymore. The company is so receptive to feedback and takes on any ideas for improvement and implements them consistently. I work in an incredibly supportive region, so people who are not only my colleagues but close friends are just a phone call away.

This is again part and parcel of having a job, but CD actions can have a huge impact on and AD's experience, so the caveat to the best people are that sometimes you will feel under pressure and have no one to turn to if you feel you cannot talk to your CD. I have seen children come so far over my nearly 4 years at Explore Learning and that is incredibly satisfying and rewarding.
