This is again part and parcel of having a job, but CD actions can have a huge impact on and AD's experience, so the caveat to the best people are that sometimes you will feel under pressure and have no one to turn to if you feel you cannot talk to your CD. Most AD’s know absolutely nothing about education/curriculum - you’re made to feel like you’re blagging and winging it to this families!
