The resort consists of an old log building that has a bar, some tables, a couch in front of a fireplace and a little store that sells, tourist things, hiking items, some local art work and handmade craft items. Then 2 other couples came in and ordered coffee and asked to use the restroom.

He even helped back our trailer into our wonderful site. Two of those sites are designated as tent-only, while the rest can accommodate RVs, trailers, and tents. All rates are in Canadian funds, are subject to applicable tax, and are subject to change at any time. The camp host (I think his name is Eric) is really great and will assist you with getting your trailer in your spot should you need it. The site was very large, it's just a windy and a little steep road nestled in the pines so it took some maneuvering and we were so grateful for his assistance. The restrooms were spotless!

The scenery amongst the pine trees, mountains and with the river rushing by are exactly what I dream of in a campsite. First time here but we will be back.

Brett was a great captain and tour guide. We were surprised and think the server might have said that because she didn't want them walking across the mopped floor. For over 40 yrs we have stopped here and had pie.

We got there a few minutes after 4 and they close at 5 pm. Many of the sites have full hookups and we were amazed at the size of some of the trailers jockeyed into spots. The camper itself was rustic, but has everything you need, aside from a shower (that's down in the campground).

A newly renovated campground is located right in Hope Valley while others are found to the east along the Carson River. The camp host Jackie keeps everything clean and is the best camp host we've ever met!

It kept everyone cozy, but still gave everyone enough space to be sane. Great views and pretty close to the West Fork Carson River. His platoon boat was comfy and fast. The server was mopping the floor in the side room. Site #14 is also a nice site that sits just below site #13 and site #11 is nice as well.Great area right across from the river! She greeted us as soon as we entered the property, showed us our site and explained campground rules, etc. Very dog friendly with poop bags and convenient dog waste cans.
